REDRESS OF GRIEVANCE WERE MAILED ON 8/31/2019 TO STATE LEGISLATORS WHO VIOLATED THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE AND VOTED TO ENACT RED FLAG LAWS IN WASHINGTON STATE. No responses have been received to date.

Florida Senate Bill 7026 was cited as “Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act”. The bill passed by a narrow margin of Senate 20-18; House 67-50 and signed into law on March 9, 2018 by former Republican Governor Rick Scott.

This bill was passed with the support of 67 NRA A-rated legislators.

Florida enacted its first gun control measures in more than two decades on Friday when Gov. Rick Scott (R) signed the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act ― in open defiance of the National Rifle Association. As the Trace reported, 67 members of the Florida House and Senate with “A” or “A-plus” ratings from the gun rights group voted for the bill.

If you count Scott, who earned an A-plus rating himself, that makes 68 NRA-approved politicians who chose to break with the group.
Huffington Post, 3/10/18

Statistics are showing that it is extremely rare that an order is denied upon complaint and 95% of orders to “renew” are approved. This is scary for any gun owner who has a complaint against them in Florida, the rate of rights and weapon return after 6 month is only 5%!

This “law” violates the I, II, IV, V, VI, VIII and XIV Amendment of the US Constitution.
